Privacy & Cookies
Last updated: 2 May 2026
BiznezStack ("we", "us") runs this website. This page explains, in plain English, what data we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to be readable, not legal-heavy.
What we collect
- Contact details — name, email, company, and anything you write to us via forms or email.
- Calendly booking info — if you book a call, Calendly captures your name, email, time zone and any answers to the booking questions.
- Usage data — pages visited, device, country (only with your consent for analytics).
- Outreach data — for B2B prospects, we may hold business contact details (name, role, company email) sourced from public business directories and our outreach tooling.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiries and run booked calls.
- To carry out B2B outreach to relevant business contacts.
- To improve the site and our product (only with analytics consent).
Lawful basis
- Legitimate interest — for B2B outreach to corporate contacts at organisations that are plausibly relevant to our product, balanced against your right to object at any time.
- Pre-contract / contract — when you contact us or book a call, we use your details to engage with you.
- Consent — for non-essential cookies (analytics, marketing). You can change this at any time.
Retention
We hold contact and outreach records for up to 24 months from last meaningful contact, then delete or anonymise. Records related to a contract or invoice are kept as long as legally required (typically 6 years for tax records).
Sub-processors
We use the following providers to run the site and our outreach. They each act as our processor under their own DPAs:
- Calendly — booking and scheduling on /accountancy. When you book a call we share with Calendly: your name, email, time zone, and any answers you provide to the booking questions (typically meeting topic). Calendly only loads on /accountancy after you click "Accept cookies to load calendar" — no Calendly request fires before consent. See Calendly's privacy policy.
- Apollo.io — outreach contact data and website tracking.
- Google Workspace — email and document storage.
- Google Analytics — site analytics (with consent).
- Hotjar — anonymised session insight (with consent).
- Jeeva — lead enrichment (with consent).
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Have it corrected or deleted.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest — including outreach.
- Withdraw consent for cookies and analytics at any time.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
To exercise any right, email privacy@biznezstack.com. We respond within one calendar month.
Complaints
If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
