Privacy notice

How we handle your information.

Last updated: 16 October 2026

Manny Maun, trading as BiznezStack, Ickenham, England, UK, is responsible for your data. Contact community@biznezstack.com. We use your details to manage your registration and send your Google Meet link, reminders and a follow-up about your chosen session. Newsletter and future webinar updates are optional, separate choices; people who opt in are kept on manually managed lists and can unsubscribe at any time by emailing community@biznezstack.com. We use Google (Workspace, Meet and Gmail), Google Firebase Hosting (including server logs such as IP addresses), and EmailJS for form delivery. A newsletter tool may be added later and this notice will be updated before it is used. Sessions are not recorded, and automatic transcripts and AI notes are switched off. We don't sell your data.

Who we are

AI for Business Leaders is run by Manny Maun, trading as BiznezStack, Ickenham, England, UK. Manny Maun is the controller responsible for your personal information. For registration, privacy requests or complaints, email community@biznezstack.com.

What we collect and why

To register, we ask for your first name, work email, country and session choice. These details let us manage your place and send your joining link, two reminders and a short follow-up about the session. Last name, company size, role and a suggested topic are optional. You do not have to provide optional details or choose either optional update to register. Please do not include personal or client data in topic suggestions.

We separately record your newsletter and future-webinar choices, the consent wording version and the UTC submission time. We use those choices to manage the optional updates you request and to keep evidence of your preferences.

Our lawful bases

We rely on our legitimate interests in administering the free session you have asked to join for registration, reminders and the session follow-up. Our interests include communicating with participants and running a safe, relevant educational community. We use consent for the optional newsletter and future-webinar updates. The two choices are separate and neither is required for registration. You can withdraw either consent at any time without affecting your webinar place.

People we contacted first

If we contacted you before you signed up, we obtained your name, job title, company and business email address from publicly available business information, such as your company's website, and Apollo.io, an independent business-contact database used as a source. We use these details to send one invitation. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in inviting business leaders to a relevant, free educational session.

If you do not respond within eight weeks, we delete your invitation details. You can object at any time: reply “no thanks” or email community@biznezstack.com. We will delete your invitation profile and not contact you again. We retain only a minimal suppression record of your email address and objection so we can honour that request.

Optional newsletters and webinar updates

People who choose the newsletter or future-webinar updates are kept on manually managed lists. Your two preferences are recorded separately. Registering for a session does not add you to either list unless you choose it. Unsubscribe from either or both at any time by emailing community@biznezstack.com. We will remove you from the relevant list. A newsletter tool may be added later; we will update this notice before using it.

Providers and data sharing

We use Google Workspace, Google Meet and Gmail to manage email and deliver the sessions; Google Firebase Hosting to serve these pages and process technical server logs, including IP addresses; and EmailJS to deliver form registrations by email. Your submitted registration details are sent through EmailJS to our community mailbox. These services process information needed to provide their services. We do not sell your data or share it for other businesses to market to you.

Website logs and cookies

Firebase Hosting and its supporting infrastructure process technical request information, including IP addresses, browser/device details, requested URLs and request times, to deliver the website and support security and troubleshooting. Provider-held logs follow the providers' retention settings; we do not maintain a separate advertising profile from those logs.

These pages do not load analytics, marketing pixels, chat widgets or third-party fonts, and the page code does not set cookies. The EmailJS browser library is served locally. A request to EmailJS is made when you submit the registration form.

International processing

Google, Firebase Hosting and EmailJS may process information outside your country, including in the United States. We do not promise that all processing takes place in the UK or EU. Where required, international transfers use the providers' applicable contractual safeguards. Australian participants should be aware that their information may be disclosed overseas, including to the United States. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your registration.

How long we keep information

Unanswered invitation profiles are deleted after eight weeks. We keep registration details for session administration and follow-up, then remove them from our active registration list within eight weeks after the chosen session. Optional subscription details are kept while you remain subscribed. We retain the minimum consent or suppression records needed to evidence your choices, honour objections and handle complaints. Email and technical records held by providers may remain under their service retention and backup arrangements. You can request deletion at any time; we will explain any information we must retain and why.

Recordings, transcripts and AI notes

Sessions are not recorded, and automatic transcripts and AI notes are switched off. Other participants can see the display name you join with. Keep your camera and microphone off if you prefer, and ask questions in the chat or through Q&A. We do not send group calendar invitations exposing participants' email addresses.

Automated decisions

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing. Registration information and optional mailing preferences are managed by people.

Your rights and how to contact us

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your information, receive a portable copy, or object to processing. Under UK/EU data-protection law, your right to object to direct marketing is absolute. You may withdraw consent for optional emails at any time. Canadian participants can request access and correction under PIPEDA where it applies, subject to applicable exceptions.

Email community@biznezstack.com to exercise your rights or ask a question. We will reply within one month. If a lawful extension is needed for a complex request, we will explain the reason and timing. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing personal information.

Complaints

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern. You may also complain to the relevant authority: the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK; the Data Protection Commission (DPC) in Ireland; the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (OPC) or applicable provincial authority in Canada; and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) in Australia. In the United States, contact us about your rights or concerns, including any applicable state-law rights.
